How do you get a certification for forklifts but the certificate does not come complete. NO NAME ALL BLANK SPACES. My employer wants to know who was certified. You guys used to mail a hard plastic certified card. Now you don’t even do that. I feel robbed. I have used your site a couple times. But this is the WORST. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME AND I WILL RECOMMEND ANY OTHER SITE TO THE PEOPLE I KNOW

pretty straightforward. You won’t get your operators card until like 10 days in the mail after taking the test.

They made certification a super simple, four step process, I got 100% on my test. Whole process took under one hour!

I had some trouble with accessing the certification course; they walked me through the buying and accessing process. It was a lot of reading but I was able to download the materials and take the test all from my smartphone.

Had an issue with a link in my email and it was fixed immediately the next day..this was a Sunday. Super nice, transactions went through fas and I got my card in 4 days. Great service

Took our money. Some of our employees got to take the certification test but eventually we got the 404 error when accessing the links. Not sure if the website is just down or we are being scammed but this is unacceptable. My phone calls and emails went unanswered. I’ll wait in case the website is just down but if this isn’t resolved, we will report.
